Camp Swatara (Bethel, PA) is seeking an Executive Director. We are in need of filling this position by May of 2019. Please be aware that this is an executive position: we are looking for a CEO/CFO for a non-profit Christian camping ministry with a million dollar budget.
The camp includes a summer resident camping ministry, a family campground, and year-round retreat facilities.
Camp Swatara employs a year-round full-time Program Manager who develops and oversees the summer program, a Buildings and Grounds
Manager, a Family Camp Manager, an Office Manager, a Food Service Manager and a Housekeeping Manager. It is the Executive Director’s job to provide oversight for all of these areas, as well as manage and coordinate staff.
The Executive Director will also be responsible for marketing Camp Swatara to bring immediate growth by increasing our user groups. Development and fundraising are important components of this position, as this will help secure the future of Camp Swatara. A full job

Camp Myrtlewood in southwestern Oregon is looking for a couple to act as the Camp Managers. Responsibilities include, working with the Camp Board of Directors, operating and maintaining the Camp. Duties also include management of personnel, interfacing with the kitchen manager and all aspects of daily business. Camp Myrtlewood hosts Brethren groups, 4H groups, outdoor & public schools and many other family & community interest groups.
Qualifications include strong skills in communication, accounting/budgeting experience, computer skills, leadership aptitude and a solid commitment to Christian hospitality.
These are salaried positions and include housing in a three-bedroom manager's residence. Utilities, food and most incidentals are paid by Camp. Camp can contribute partially to health insurance.

OUTDOOR EDUCATION COORDINATOR
Camp Alexander Mack, located in Milford, Indiana, is a year-round Church of the Brethren affiliated camp and retreat center. We are looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic Outdoor Education Coordinator to begin as early as March 1. This is a year-round program position with responsibility for developing, organizing, and leading a quality day and overnight outdoor education program.
The successful candidate will build a day and overnight education plan from the ground up with support from a seasoned program director and an executive director with a lifelong career in education. Camp Mack is moving into a growth period and sees a bright future in a robust outdoor education program that meets our mission.
We are seeking an individual with a strong desire to share in Christian ministry; at least 23 years of age with a bachelor degree or equivalency in environmental science, education, or a related field and 2 or more years of experience ; has documented supervisory skills and the ability to train, work with, and supervise staff and volunteers; has appropriate emotional maturity and stability; is able to promote the program with honesty and integrity; is able to write curricula; and has the ability to work with education professionals as they schedule and plan their events.
