Camp Harmony is seeking a Christ-centered, dynamic, experienced Executive Director(s) to oversee all activities of a growing summer residential camp, year around conference/retreat program, and ministries/outreach. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of accomplishment in business planning/management, budgeting, fundraising, and marketing. Experience with residential camp, outdoor recreation programs, and challenge course, is preferred. Responsibilities include direct supervision of Program, Maintenance, and Food Service Directors along with office personnel, budget management, maintaining financial sustainability, camp enrollment growth and compliance with ACA standards. Camp Myrtlewood in southwestern Oregon is looking for a couple to act as the Camp Managers. Responsibilities include, working with the Camp Board of Directors, operating and maintaining the Camp. Duties also include management of personnel, interfacing with the kitchen manager and all aspects of daily business. Camp Myrtlewood hosts Brethren groups, 4H groups, outdoor & public schools and many other family & community interest groups.
Qualifications include strong skills in communication, accounting/budgeting experience, computer skills, leadership aptitude and a solid commitment to Christian hospitality.
These are salaried positions and include housing in a three-bedroom manager's residence. Utilities, food and most incidentals are paid by Camp. Camp can contribute partially to health insurance.

Camp Swatara (Bethel, PA) is seeking an Office Manager. This is a full-time, year-round, salaried position based on approximately 40 hours per week. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, Camp Swatara is primarily a summer camp for children and youth. From Labor Day to Memorial Day, Camp Swatara is primarily a retreat facility with frequent weekend use and occasional midweek groups, including school groups. The Family Camping Center with 140 sites for tent, cabin, and RV camping for individuals, families, groups, and churches is open from April 1 to November 1. The Office Manager is responsible to manage the varied office duties related to camp’s operation. This includes tasks in clerical, database management, communication, financial management and recordkeeping, administrative assistance, office equipment and supplies, website, and supervision areas. Candidates should possess computer, word processing, and database management skills, training and/or experience in business and financial management, and excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a willingness to learn new skills and the passion to serve in a Christian camp/retreat setting. CAMP ALEXANDER MACK
Camp Alexander Mack is seeking an enthusiastic individual who wants advancement in a dynamic team environment to serve as a Development/Communications Specialist. This position reports directly to the Executive Director. The D/C specialist will be a temporary, full-time, salaried position with benefits with the potential to become a permanent position depending on results.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Manage and coordinate the giving and communication plans for the camp. With the Executive Director, plan and lead regular donor events and opportunities, the capital campaign, and long-term giving programs. Work with management staff to communicate to all constituents in support of the mission of Camp Mack.
